Donald J. Trump did it again and this time around, his fight to make America great again was much more than just winning the presidential election.
The 78 year-old powerhouse proved to the world that no matter what, never, ever, give up. NEVER!
The soon-to-be 47th president-elect won by a landslide picking up 312 electoral votes vs. Vice President Kamala Harris who came in with 226. The win was also very powerful for the Republicans as they claimed back both the Senate and the House solidifying total control of Congress and the White House.
It was a red tsunami for sure.
Trump’s presidential election wasn’t just about him going back to the White House, it was more about him being the comeback kid who was knocked down by unprovoked and illegal raids, NYC trials, 24/7 slanderous news stories and not one but TWO assassination attempts on his life.
But Trump never gave up nor was he ever deterred from his mission of making America great again which millions of voters saw throughout his campaigning. The photo of the president-elect in Butler, PA after his first assassination attempt this past July depicting blood flowing from his face while lifting his fist and shouted “Fight! Fight! Fight!” told voters that whatever happens to him, America should keep on fighting to make America great again. That is a true leader.
That iconic image circulated around the world in minutes.
You can either love him or hate him but on November 5, 2024, American voters showed just how much they loved and believe in Trump at the voting booths and the results have sent shocked waves across the nation.
On Election Day, millions of people came out to vote, some for the very first time, for the person that they knew would take America (again) to the levels of greatness that they did not see or feel during the current president Biden and Vice President Harris administration.
Americans wanted serious change and they were damn sure they were going to get it.
“I’m tired of having no money and working two jobs just to feed my family,” one Bucks County, PA resident told The Ravi Report weeks before election day.
That sentiment echoed around the nation.
Even with millions of people voting early (over 80M) with their mail-in ballots, people still stood on-line for hours on Election Day determined to vote for change no matter how long it took.
And you know the old saying, every vote counts, no matter what.
The Kamala Harris and Donald J. Trump presidential campaign was one of the most dramatic and contentious one to be remembered in American history and was full of hateful rhetoric, plenty of mud sliding and personal attacks. And despite the fact that the media coverage for Trump was 85% negative and Harris was almost 78% positive, American voters still voted on issues they had concerns about including illegal immigration, the rising cost of food, housing and the future of job security.
The Ravi Report spoke to several voters in Pennsylvania over the last few months and many said they were doing multiple jobs just to make ends meet. Some had described how they were much better off when Trump was president before and that Joe Biden has done nothing of great value for the American economy or controlling the US borders.
Others were deeply concerned about the never-ending influx of millions of illegals coming into the country and having the American government provide for them free housing, food, education and healthcare while US veterans who fought for the nation, were barely getting by.
The Ravi Report also spoke to families that felt Trump will bring much needed change to the nation and restore America back to a powerful nation like it once was under his leadership.
With President-elect Trump officially back in the White House on January 20, 2025, Americans are optimistic that America will soon be restored to the once powerful nation it was and that Donald J. Trump will get things done as promised.
Congrats to president-elect Donald J. Trump for being the comeback kid!
The journey continues…
