Four brave NASA astronauts set off into space 10 days ago to circle the moon for the first time in almost 50 years, and tonight, April 10, at around 8pm ET. they will landing back on earth.

Talk about a journey!

Millions of people around the world will be watching with great anticipation and praying that the landing goes smoothly as the Orion spacecraft lands in San Diego.

NASA’s Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, Christina Koch and Jeremy Hansen will be making their much awaited rentry into the earth’s atmosphere

The intense heat from the reentry is of concern for NASA as the astronauts travel roughly 24,000 mph on their journey back to earth.

According to NASA reports, the rockstar astronauts are expected to splash down in San Diego, CA where a team of medical professionals as well as NASA officials will be anxiously waiting to greet them.

The astronauts will be returning back to earth in the Orion spacecraft.

NASA is planning on livestreaming the reentry on YouTube, Netflix and HBO Max.
