Memorial Day holiday is right around the corner and as the nation is celebrating America 250, this annual federal holiday will be even more special as America celebrates and honors those that fought for America to get to 250.

Before all the celebrations, picnics and the unofficial kickoff to the summer begins, take a moment to thank all those individuals who sacrificed their lives by dying the line of duty so that we may enjoy the freedom and benefits of being in America.

We owe those who sacrificed their lives so much and we must not forget them.

The National Moment of Remembrance is 3pm local time on Memorial Day where millions across the nation will honor those who died protecting America.

So wherever you are, do pause for a few moments at 3pm local time to remember those individuals who have died in military service. Say a prayer for them and their families as well.

To show your love and patriotism for America, wear the festive patriotic colors of red, white and blue and display the American flag to show the world how much you love and appreciate what America has to offer and the incredible freedom that comes with living in the greatest country in the world.
